Data sites are still pretty bad.
Last night I did like 2 relic sites and made 415 million in t2 loot. One of the containers had 29 intact armor plates.

Also as I stated in another thread, the real purpose of these sites is to find capital rig bpc and faction Tower BPC which is worth billions. Think of it like hunting down 10/10 Relic sites.
