VIP Mode? I can just imagine all the CCP people flying around Jita checking if everything in the game is running peachy. Didnt know there was a VIP mode XD.

^^This is transparency like I never experienced with STO, DDO, or TOR. Make sure everything is solid before you let us back in again. Even though some USTZ capsuleers like myself get up at 5am C.T. to head for work, I'm more than happy to wait for things to be rock solid!! Although it can be personally frustrating when such things happen, it is "my" frustration. All things considered and consideration is key, to be kept aware of issues within the parameters of software and hardware difficulties is not the norm for many other game services. Crap happens.

I give a lot of credit to the developers and staff that they keep us in the loop in the best way that they can.
They explain what's going on and in many cases have given back through random honoring of skill point bonuses.

How many other games do you really know of where this kind of communication takes place?

Do what you have to do and hopefully I will be in space soon.
I appreciate what you offer and have no complaints or regrets over my choice to live within the EVE universe.

While you're in there can you add mohr capacitor back to the Navy Apoc and a little more of that shield buffer it had. I promise to send a box of skyr every leap year if you can :D
