Windows moving around when docking/undocking

My windows keep moving around, not sure why

the all pile in one corner or the other stacked on eachother, and I have to resort them everytime I dock/undock.

Reset all settings
Reset Cache

Problem still persists.

A fix for this is under testing on SiSi and will be released on TQ when ready.
