TiDi affecting Radial Menue

I came to quickly love the new radial menu. Sadly it is affected by TiDi what i think cant be intended.
Clicking and holding the button for 30sec+ at high TiDi is not very comfortable :P

This may be unrelated but can anything be done about the timing of the menu when dragging targets from say the first targeting row to the second row?

You have to hold the button on the item for just the right amount of time. Hold it too long and radial menu pops up. Hold it to short and it won't drag.
