Very nice Hyperion. It has the Sword of the Stars look to it, specifically the Human node drive ring.

That's the color gallente used to be pre-trinity, You can still see it on the shuttle. I think that it adds character to the lineup.

Eh, a bit too blocky to be Gallente. Smooth it out, paint it green, good to go.

Also, paging through these ships reminds me of why there was such an uproar about the contest. These ships are cool, but a lot of them simply would not fit in the EVE universe, and several display a distinct lack of knowledge about the game. And then there's a few that just plain sucked. Just saw one that was essentially a crate with solar panels. The best submissions came from people who either already played or did some research on the various styles of the game.

the orange makes gal ships look rustier than minnie ships............dont steal that from minmatar

Gallente is all about smooth, round, organicness

This looks more like legos

It does look nice but doesnt quite fit gallente's style

I really like these new models. That Phoon looks very similar to the Hel, and even Nidhoggur

I've always hated the flimsyness of the tempest, this new tempest looks solid and as deadly as it is =D Needs some roughnes on the metal hull, but otherwise i love the fins. And as ugly as it is currently, i would miss the giant 'intake' thing on the side of the tempest

I remember seeing this back when the contest was going. Thought to myself it would go well as the Tech II version of the Hyperion (as I kind of like the current Hyperion model, one of the few Gallente ships I do like the look of.)

Too bad all they do for Tech II ships is colour them differently.

concept art of tempest model that's how it suppose to look if they didn't use toasters to draw model 10 years ago and how it should look if they updated toaster created graphic 10 years after...no need to take look further than eve site.

That hype look awesome Gal ship need less Dolphins and more awesome aldo my fav is that Gal use some sort of dnk/bio ships or pretty much anything than fish.

but then theirs other ships that would be much more cool as a t2 faction etc version of the ships not listed IE hyp,rokh,mael,abbadon.

the HYP in my mind would make one hell of a good murader, due to its standard rep bonus.much better then the kronos does.

The hyperion Mk II looks like a blasterboat that MWDs up to the target and engages close range. The current model looks like a modified Ragnarok – slow and bulky.

That Hyperion looks like it was redesigned by Caldari engineers.

But the main reason we never will see it in game though is that it doesn't look like a sextoy.
