Right clicking on drones window is broken

Yeah thats right, when I right click on the drones menu to "Launch Drones" it takes like 3 seconds for the right click menu to show up.

Why is this happening? I tried it on different computers aswell.

It slows everything down when chasing and fighting, not to mention its really annoying.

Can somebody from CCP acknowledge they know about this problem?
