hmm... you should have -5.3 sec that part is fine, but the killrights? that's definitely a bug.

i had one smartboming run with an alt and ended with 7 killrights from rettys that died to the disco, i hit another 4 mackinaws, an orca and a providence in that run and they had no killrights on me, also i did hit a ton of drones, they count as aggression to the owner too, and no killrights from that either.

maybe its a bug with the ECM burst. (?)

idk, maybe some of the CODE. folks can shed some light on the killright mechanic, as i always assumed they were granted only on ship loss.

Awesome story, you will go far in eve with a good attitude like that. Perfect time to permanently stay in low or move out to null even. You will recover and you learned many lessons from this incident.

As a pretty green player myself this is something I could done ;-)
Died twice one day because I didn't keep my eyes on local.

Everyone that killed me so far have been really nice players that I one day hope to see outside the game.

My rookie mistake were to fly right inside enemy space, got so paralyzed that I forgot to gate crash back ;-)

Check http://evemaps.dotlan.net/map/Amarr_VS_Minmatar. If you want to pirate just look for a suitably red area and set up shop. Think Kamela or similar. There is a similar map for the other FW are but never mind that since I won't be there to shoot you.

Hulls are difficult due to the bulk but are sometimes for sale in your selected area. Otherwise, get them shipped to the nearest highsec system (e.g. Tuomuta).

If you want to join FW that is very straightforward - just find an appropriate station and sign up. But I would strongly recommend joining a good corp for this. They can help you with logistics too.

Btw, I believe Tags4sec was added in Odyssey. If so, I'd be willing to bet some of these generous souls can get you back to highsec.

Your character is hardly ruined. You now have a reason to take the pacifier out yo mouth and roam lowsec, beating up idiots...and can train an alt to fly blockade runners inside a few months, and this one...he will not buy an ECM burst. Oh no.

The moment I started reading OP I know it would involve ECM burst (or maybeeeee a smartbomb) on Jita gates. Didn't leave disappointed.

I once used an ECM Burst in lowsec while doing a courier contract...and i hit the gate, and the gate guns shot me down. Thank G-d it wasn't in jita, lol.
