T3 Rigs - Ship Refits/Reconfigurations

Just had a crazy idea - how about tech 3 rigs that can be used to give your ship a special ability normally only given to a specific class, or that can radically change the stats of a ship. For example, a Jump Drive rig that could be used to add jump drives to subcaps, a 'shield refit' rig that drops armor by a large amount in exchange for an equivalent but slightly smaller % boost to shields, one which allows you to strip shield generators off completely in exchange for armor or speed, rigs which allows ships to fit Warp Disruption Probe/Generator, etc.

These would be described as a major change to your ship's internal configuration, and so would probably need to have fairly noticeable penalties associated with their use as well to stop everything running about in shield refit drakes or whatever. Maybe all of them also drop CPU and Power, or affect capacitor negatively? Something which will actually impact on everyone who uses them anyway - e.g for a shield refit rig, it calso take a mid slot as the overpowered shield generators need the space.

Only one T3 rig could be fitted to a ship at any one time, and they would cost around the same order of magnitude as a faction or T2 hull of the same size- so frigate rigs would cost ~10-20 m, cruiser rigs would be 70-100m, etc.

The idea of this is the same as the T3 ships - you'll never be quite sure how the target could be fit, or even what their bonuses might be.
