Issues, Workarounds & Localization

So I just lost another fight in my federation navy comet. To a Tristan, whom I had beat before with the exact same fit. I was running a capacitor booster to fuel my ancilary armor repairer and small armor repairer. However once I had used my capacitor booster twice (loaded with 400's, so only 1 charge per reload), it stopped reloading, and the 5 or 6 seconds it took me to notice and set it to reload manually, was enough to lose me the fight. (it was extremely close, but I'm confident I would've won with the capacitor booster working properly, as I have beaten him before).

Please look into this, it's an extremely annoying bug that completely breaks some cap booster reliant fits.

As you can see I still have plenty of cap boosters left, so it's not that.
