So, im fairly new to Eve, been playing just over a month and am quite good (i do think). But what im hear to talk about is the constant lag spikes that i get every 2 seconds. I get 30FPS on high settings when it doesent have a lag spike (every other second), but when i do have a lagspike, it goes under 20FPS.

On the left is seconds, right is FPS.

Also, sometimes the lag spikes just go for a short period of time, and i get constant high FPS, but then a few seconds later, (like30), they're back.

I've defragged my HDD, Updated my graphics drivers, cleaned my system fans, ran Eve in Triple Buffering and used Gamebooster. None worked, same Lag spikes. But im not worried about my FPS, so please don't post anything about how to improve my FPS. All help on how to stop these spikes is appreciated.

NOTE: On CTRL+F in game it looks like a Cliff with a space then another cliff with a space. You know what i mean.

If this is the wrong place to post this, apologies, i'm still not familiar with this. ;D
