I'm sorry, none of what you say is possible. Null Sec is a safe blue doughnut and it's full of unicorns and happiness where CCP give you 20 plex and a free tech/r64 moon just for going there. It's less dangerous than high sec despite those pesky statistics and facts showing much more pvp with much more expensive ships than anywhere else. Don't you know nothin?
Just because something happens maybe once a decade doesnt discredit the data or the preception of null.

I don’t know about anyone else but I certainly feel safer in null. I have increased situational awareness as well as better Intel.

I have played since the days of BOB on one account. I hate the SOV grind but I welcome the turmoil. Will be happy to put finally put my spy to good work.

Finally I don’t think there would be any data for perception but in your case I am sure we can meet your special needs.

Can't claim the realms, it's not EvE, nor does the game allow that type of monopoly. Can't block access to instances. Can't control the market. Can't control the resources.

Not even Dream Paragon or Method could, and they're the professionally sponsored WoW players who do the world firsts.

Even if you tried, Blizzard will break it, as that's not how WoW is played.

Yes SA has claimed servers (I think it's up to a battlegroup+ now). I leave it as an experiment to you, how exactly they have claimed servers.

HINT: it was done the same way as EVE, posting on a forum.

Do you ever even listen to yourself at all? Do you understand WHY you have increased situational awareness, have to look at local and have to have things like intel channels?

it's because it's a more dangerous situation. The fact that null sec has 1/10ths High sec's populations and yet has 7 times as many pvp deaths should point that out to you.

But in order for that to happen you have to be an honest person willing to take in information that doesn't support your preconcived notions. Almost no one here would call you honest.

Yes you can.

Plenty of guilds used to sell specific items through runs of that dungeon and split the profits amongst it's group members.

Back in the day I used to sell plenty of loot pre 3.0 (bear mounts, specific weapons/armor etc) from all sorts of heroic 5 mans (10 mans, full raids, etc).

It was lame. But profitable.

It was also possible to control instances as well. Now, with the new inter server thingy, maybe not so much... but there it is.
