Black screen upon undock

Hello I have noticed an issue lately. Happens about every 2-3 hrs, I will un dock, and its a black screen. I still have overview, chat, and everything else, even tabs in space, like star gates, etc.. Just cant see anything other then that.. just a black screen..

I will take a screenshot of it the next time it happens.

But the only way to cure the issue is to re dock, and un dock a couple times, and if it doesn't come back, I gotta restart the game.

I have tried using both the exe and launcher, and it doesn't matter (I generally close launcher ones games are open)

I have 2 clients going on at once, and it happens with both, although it does seem to happen more on my main monitor. (but it could be due to more undocking/redocking so more chance of it happening?


I havn't noticed any other issues, and none like the other person who has this black screen..

Maybe they are related? maybe not?

But yea just thought I would pass it by here, and see what you's had to say about it..

I have full black screen at startup not undock.

I'm experiencing an extreme amount of disconnects, launcher says the server is offline 4 times of 5, i managed to get into the game long enough so i could jump to next system and dock, then it disconnected again, managed to log on once after that but it disconnected right away. Several of the times i tried to log on, i got black screen or only partial content, error 500 on the news section, and so on. Forums load slowly, i sometimes have to reload to get all content. No other sites do this, just eveonline.com

Went to play another game, no connection issues there, no lag, no pingouts.
I've been streaming 1h long music videos from youtube most of the day and not a single interrupts in it, so it's not my isp or my network equipment that acts up on me.

Might be that this could explain some black screens or content not loading for others.

I give up for today, might try again tomorrow, see if they fixed it. Possible it's some backbone or other junk failing, as it seems there are LOADS of players online.
