Mmh, wandering variants of the 'static' types only existing in C2's? Interesting notion. Now that I think of it, I may never have seen two U210's in a C3, or two H296's in a C5, although I wouldn't swear to it.

I'm fairly sure that constellation statics do exist at least in C2's. I have lived for long times in different C2's and one of them would get certain wandering holes (an extra C1 and a C3 out) more than once a week over several months, while another C2 almost never got any extra outbounds.

Yeah, I found two R474's in my EVE career in C2's that were not of the NS/C6 type. Indeed rare, but they exist.
