Dual Character Training bug?

i decided to try it yesterday set it up logged on a few hours later to notice no training was going on at first i thought i must of paused it by accident to i set it back up but then i logged on this morning to find my skill training was halted once more now i know i didnt pause it so it seems to turn off once i log off as the time remaining is the same as what i would expect as from the time i logged off
