Black screen after jumping through a gate

I have noticed other issues people have with black screens but mostly seems to be from undocking. This issue is different.

I have managed to produce the effect two out of three tries (I know, less than adequate testing) but if you jump/warp and go through a gate with your map open, you land with a full UI on top of a black screen but the overview is empty so I was unable to jump again to see if that fixed it. Relogging fixed it.

Not sure if it may be the same problem as the others but it may be a separate issue all together.
