I posted this in Ships & modules and to my surprise not everyone hated it... so I was hoping to get some feed back from features & ideas discussion.

In all fairness I'll list his pros as well.

Pros:
No chance that a bored super cap pilot(s) will WTFPWN a new to low sec players tower or soon to be POCOs.
Super pilot(s) could still use .1 to avoid enemy null for setting up for a fight.
Still allowing normal capitals allows for a natural "stepping stone" and allowing small alliance to have a "fighting chance" to fight in sub capitals.
He smokes menthols that taste like thin mints.

Cons:
His theory is BS and biased to the idea that its a super cap heaven just waiting to "smash his little epeen tower to bits."

He wont except my Con so i was hopping y'all could help me come up with some other reason why a new to low sec alliance shouldn't have to worry about super caps.



TLDR? super caps stuck in .1 and null; why is this unnecessary for new to low sec alliances/corps

The first question that pops into my mind is how would you stop them from going into lowsec?


Frankly I don't care if super caps come to lowsec. They should not be allowed to use doomsday weapons or fighter bombers there. Just like you can't use bubbles etc.

If they removed bombers from lowsec and followed through on their notes to re-balance them I doubt anyone in lowsec would care. S-cars would still rock but nowhere near as much as they do now. You want to stick your 3 s-cars out there on a limb and watch 50 carriers blow them up over some lame medium POS siege good for you. Right now I'm not sure even 50 carriers would kill them. FBs are just too much pwnage.
