Hi so I have emailed and posted petitions and the such and have not gotten a response for the past few days, I was wondering if anyone else was having as much trouble getting CCP to answer their problems. normally I would not make a big deal out of this but due to a lost account that I need back that I have been playing for the past 4 years. kind of frustrating to see all my questions go unanswered.

You make a petition right after BOTH a major patch AND a major unscheduled downtime AND the resulting gift of skillpoints, that's what you can expect.

The GM team is most likely currently swamped in requests for unallocated skillpoints to be moved, people freaking out about losing Caldari Destroyer and Caldari Battlecruiser, requests for reimbursement of one kind or another due to the unscheduled (and probably also the scheduled) downtime, and so on and so forth. Give it 5-10 days.

yah I figured that would be the problem just sucks that I could not log in and the fact that the portrait picture on it has actually changed so I think someone might have gotten access to it that's why I cant log in
