not sure if its actual or if its just the numbers displaying but its repeatable.

First dismayed we lost some scan strength this update .

Now i have a cheetah equiped with 2 grav cap rigs
sisters combat launcher
sisters combat probes

when checking my probe strength i had 69.8 now i have 69.1

so messing around with the rangefinder Scan Rangefinding Array I i noticed when i jumped to my loki which is configured with grav caps also and the sisters combat probes and launcher . But NO Scan Rangefinding Array ( i left those on the cheetah)
i noticed that my scan strength went up to 70.5 % ..

messing around with this some more i narrowed it down that the Scan Rangefinding Array I seemed to be stacking the strength when changing ships .


i stacked several on my gnosis in hopes of acheiving over a 100 but was unable to obtain that as it seems it resets somewhere after 97.x as the highest i was able to obtain was 97% .


when exiting the station i cant really tell if the stats are really in effect or not . ( i dont think they are as drone scanning did not seem any easier ) a several times thereafter reentering station, the stacked numbers were still attributed, but one time on the loki which i had at 96% it dropped back down to its normal strength .


points of note .

moving from a cheetah with grav caps and scan range finders into a loki increases the scan probe strength on the loki

both ships had grav caps and sisters combat probes the cheetah had rangefinders and the loki did not . (the loki received a probe strength bonus)

the issue appears to be related to rangefinders as i stacked these on a gnosis and received similar results .

moving to a non bonused ship clears this stacking and the numbers show as usual.

the results seem to reset as i could never get above 100..

wished it was an exploit because i sure would like to be able to pop drones at 4au instead of precision .5 :(
