Hi,

For a number of days, I have attempted to re-customised my character portrait but it does not seem to save.

After clicking on 'finalise', the new portrait is immediately viewable. However, after logging on the next day, it reverts back to the old portrait. It only saves the background change and nothing else.

I have tried clearing the cache in the in-game settings. I have also deleted the saved files by deleting the 'portraits' folder.

Why does it seem not to save?

Just a post to confirm I'm suffering the same issue over the past 24 hours or so.

Edit: After a few more attempts I found it's the action of logging out/back in that triggers the picture reset

Edit #2: Just to note I've reported this as a bug yesterday, seems to still be occurring.
