Unique Exploration (Making it Better)

Exploration should be just that, new and unpredictable: I suggest different kinds of exploration sites with a few changes:
1. Randomized NPCs not identifiable by the name of the site alone, with varying difficulty: once in blue moon you are going to die ( (Enough to keep you on your toes)...
2. Storyline involvement in exploration: sites are tied to a certain story... A complex that is only effectively navigated by small ships, hinting at storyline information as you travel through the complex (a little outlandish but maybe something like Aura giving you her survey of the site hints at the story)
3.Each complex can offer unique problems, creating puzzles similar to Portal (lame example but close enough, and this would be a small stretch maybe). These puzzles can also relate to the storyline tied to the site. A wrong action can prove to be almost fatal or highly rewarding, remaining randomized and therefore constantly a mystery and challenging.
(Getting a key from cargo container A allows you to attempt to hack one of 2 containers, one container has the riches the other spawns a challenging NPC)
4. Additionally sites can have unique benefits such as :
-an object which spawns a WH to any specified destination for 2 days before despawning and the explorers are given keys necessary to use the gate which can then be contracted for ISK
-completing a site can activate an acceleration gate to an extremely rich ore pocket in hi sec with a spawn of keys that can then be sold
Sites could have standardized key names however so that the business is not completely stopped by fear of scams.

I can obviously continue with even more ideas in this vein, but I'll let other offer ideas
I think this is great because...
it makes exploration unpredictable: you can't go on eve-survival.com and know how to win the site or even how to prepare for it, instead recommendations are as far as it goes.

Limited space within a complex can necessitize the use of small ships

Randomized difficulty can make it appealing to work with friends for added protection and additional brainpower to work through more challenging puzzles.

Unique ISK opportunities allow for explorers to have a greater impact on the community (giving a frieghter guy a short cut to Jita shortening the trip by several jumps or letting a mining group have a great mining day and getting paid for it)

I'm a little troubled because....

This would actually take a significant amount of effort on CCPs part to make this work

Could make most people steer away from exploration because of the lack of knowledge.

Forgot to add that puzzle solutions could also be related to the involved story.

Opinions?
