I think the the current show-info window is horrible, for modules in particular. Here is my suggestion to help remedy that. (Because EVE forums do not allow you link images for some reason)


  • Merge "Description" and "fitting" into one tab. Description is the default to open and most of the time you are looking for the fitting window anyway.
  • include what size group it belong to, maybe even put in the range here to help new players distinguish between long and short range weapons.
  • Include a market link to the ammo group
  • Add some text that is actually helpful and worthy of being called "description".

My first thought was "Why?" my second upon seeing your graphic was use the Icon for slot type: High\Medium\Low.

What's the Fitting: 12/7 about though?

I like the Ammo link, great idea!

EDIT: I actually use the Attributes window more that Fitting or Variations and Compare but that's by-the-by. Everyone uses things differently but I like the "Quick Look" summary idea in general.
