T2 Rockets - Hawk and Hookbill

I'm planning to give these two ships a try and would like some fitting suggestions if possible. I was considering a double web fit for the Hookbill.

The Dual Web Hookbill fit is brilliant and very effective against p.much all frigates without devil in their name.

I have been using a dual web Hawk fit recently that I have found to be very effective mainly because other frigates dont instantly run when your in a Hawk.
