Okay, so the other night, I was stupid, because I fell asleep while on a mission. And of course there happen to be pirate npcs, and they destroyed my ship. I was trying to do mission 4 of Balancing the books. I bought a Data Analyzer I, but it requires the skill hacking, which is the reward for the mission i can't complete, and it costs too much for me to just buy. So, I'm pretty much stuck on that mission. I tried putting in a ticket for a reset, so that i'd be granted the civilian analyzer again. Haven't heard back yet, so i thought you all would know what i should do? Thanks in advance.

Hey Felicity

I had the same problem but doing it from the Exploration mission side. So the simple way to fix is progress in your case is to do the Exploration missions and you will get a new civilian data analyzer
