Unable to warp to Anomalies from the Solar System Map Mode

The same map that you probe from you can also dscan and could, previous to patch, warp to anoms from.

This was and still is the best way to dscan, especially for hunting. This patch does not allow you to warp to anoms from this window, and queuing the "warp to" hot key nets the response "Cannot warp to or align as your ship cannot get a lock..."

It's an anomaly, it's intended that you can warp to it.

Fix this.
