Hey guys!

This morning I logged off just one hour before downtime with a long skill queued up, not expecting to be able to get back for a while. This evening I came back from college, decided to give it a try and hit the EVE Online button on my desktop. A patch got applied and I was in-game before I knew it. I was greeted by my hot and sexy redesigned Navy Apocalypse and decided to run a mission. On my way to the mission site I checked out the radial menu, the new scanner system and the jump-gate animation. I smiled when I noticed my BC and Destroyer skill were split correctly and I gave the patch notes a quick read. I did some pewpew, turned in the mission and I felt I had to get something off my chest.

I want to give CCP a big Thank You and Thumbs Up!

Today, I was expecting doom and destruction. Introducing a new expansion never goes without hiccups and don't forget that CCP suffered from a DDOS-attack just a day ago. Did this affect the launch of Odyssey in any way? Not a bit! I logged in without problems and I am now enjoying the new content. I'm currently reading a lot of crap on these forums, but I want you to know that there are people who are amazed by how well you're handling this! So again, thank you!

I now have to get back into the game to check out the other new stuff.

Kind regards,

Xasnevian
