Characters not loading on Win XP

I am currently having a problem accessing my characters on my XP system.
The patch finally installed, but when I enter username - Password on either the launcher or the exefile.exe from the bin folder I get loading data and then the selection character screen, but the boxes are blank with just the names of my character underneath them but no picture.
I click on them and get nothing.

Everything seems to be ok on my other system which is running win7 64bit


*Problems Solved*
I cleared cache, did a fresh install. Still had same problem.
In the end I just copied Entire Eve folder from Win7 system into CCP folder on XP system and I currently have characters loading up
