plex 4 hours issue - DDOS server attack caused lost time

Hey,

I have another account that i was about to put a plex on but unfortunately the servers crashed (the whole ddos attack thing) and now i have lost the ability to apply the plex as i was using the plex 4 hours to do so.

Could this be looked into please.

*Note* i have filed a petition but no response yet.

I understand there are delays because of the new expansion but im just wanting to play and indeed pay for the game.
