Capital Trimark Armor Pump I Blueprint "Harder" than the rest

The base manufacturing time of the Capital Trimark Armor Pump I blueprint is 1 day 1 hour. The Capital Core Defense Field Extender I Blueprint is 10 minutes. The other ones I've checked so far are all 10 minutes.

The research times are also drastically different between trimarks and the rest.

Was this discrepancy intentional?
