Server issues (dead proxies and nodes Odyssey Edition)?

Just now while scanning I got this error message repeatedly:
Info The specified proxy or server node (908185) is dead
Other players have repeated similar error messages in chat channels.

Also my ship tended to warp every which way and stopped half warp and then warped to a different direction.
Rens market apparently crashed at least for a moment a while back.


Something seems to have broken somewhere. Would hazard a guess that a billion people trying the exploration profession might've given the server a fit, also obviously it's patch day so hiccups are to be expected.
