Low frames per second in fixed window mode

As of now, I'm only getting around 10fps in fixed window mode (was getting 60fps before Oddyssey). Makes using 2 monitors kinda bad, I'm forced to go full screen now.

Any idea what could cause this? Drivers are up to date as far as I know.
Had the same problem on test server, totally forgot to make a post about though.


AMD Radeon 6870 1GB
Phenom X4 955
4GB RAM
Windows 7 64
etc.
