NO SKILL POINTS FOR TRIAL ACCOUNTS?

Im I right in thinking that trial accounts have not received the free skill points for the DDOS attack the other day? I was just about to get my paid subscription but bit annoyed if this is the case. At the end of the day I was just as unable to play as anyone else and probably like most people on trial at the time had every intention of upgrading to a paid account. Please could someone from CCP reply to this and let me know where I stand before I spend my money. Thank you

Ask for a refund. LOL, sorry. The thing is that many, if not most, trial accounts are alt accounts and CCP wants to limit the number of SP a person has access to on a disposable account. Pay for your subscription and then file a petition. As long as you are a freebee, I doubt they will do much.

It was only 50,000 SP, not a lot at all. That is less than a day of training time.

It's 50k points equal to one day of paid time. You were paying 0 so multiply that by 50k and that's how many SP you'll get.

Unless I've missed a news item, the 50k free SP were for the launcher problems a couple weeks back, not the DDoS attack on Sunday.
