Odyssey Jump Clone Bug, Destroyed Clone at Origin Station and jumped into empty clone

So I Logged into Jita,

Then proceed to jump clone as usual to my mission hub Clone, and jumped into my Tengu.

I noticed my Tengu did not have enough power grid and a launcher was off line, So what happened as i jumped to the station but not into the clone with my Geno implants

It also destroyed my clone in Jita and all implantsSad while it still says my next jump clone is avalible Now.

OK i re-logged this character and everything is as it should be. clone in jita is showing up and my implants are now showing up on the character correctly

Still i was sweating there for a while

I have the same issue here. After I jumped into another clone all my implants on the one before are lost.
