install / patch / uninstall loop

Hello as stated in title impossible to play (at work) anymore to EvE since last patch.

Was thinking it was related to the latest patcher problem but dont seems

Each time i try to do any action related to EVE (patching / uninstalling / installing) the process launch over and over and i have to reboot manually the computer as process are stacking without end.

-Tried in admin mode, no more success
-Tried using the repair tool and bin thingy trick, it dont work neither

Is it a know bug, searched but didn't find any related thread about this "loop" bug

Any idea

How are you patching the EVE client? Are you using the launcher? In that case, can you provide us with a bug report at https://bugs.eveonline.com and attach the launcher log files which can be found in [eve path]\launcher\cache and are called something like launcher.2013.06.04.log.

If you are not using the launcher then that might already be the problem why you are having issues with updating.
