figured it is when i have to move one client to a diff monitor it does not render the textures for the ships and stations and the inside of the station but everything else renders liek stars and planets and the environment all non static objects dont render basicly

:/ oh wth - the IGB + Forum ate my post.

I am not happy with the scanning changes and there are numerous bugs in the system as it currently stands. I'm not typing all of that again though.

Filter categories are a bit off
Scanning window UI is BAD (BAD) - lost functionality
System Sweep scan is unreliable and almost useless in a WH system as it can't be run again without jumping in/out (this is not a flippantly done thing in w-space).

Please try and resolve these as quickly as possible.

When I open the solar system map for scan probing, I am unable to see any of my probes. The system shows up properly, with bookmarks, celestials, and everything, however my probes do not show up at all on the map. When I hold the mouse over a probe in the list of probes on my scanner, it shows the name of the probe on the solar system view, so I can see that the probes ARE actually there, but I cannot see them, and as such, cannot move them. They're fully functional, just completely invisible, and no arrows to move them with, either. Relogged 3 times, I'm running a completely fresh client. COMPLETELY fresh. Cleared cache and everything.

AMD Radeon 6870 Graphics card w/ most up to date drivers

I got 50000 unallocated skill points, some people got 100000. I guess there is a problem here.


No, we gave out 50k unallocated skill points for the DDoS downtime. People with 100k haven't spent the skillpoints they also received for last week's outage.

The reimbursed skillpoints for Battlecruiser and Destroyer skills are only if you have NO frigate or cruiser skills trained to the appropriate levels. If you have even 1 racial skill trained to those levels, you do not get reimbursed.



I used to be able to fly all command ships, now i can't and my alt was able to fly an archon and now he can't. what happen to fly it before and still being able to fly it? when can be expect a fix? and yes i try using the ships and the msg error saying i don't have the skill to fly it EvilEvilEvilEvilEvilEvil

Problem: I can't see the sphere which shows a probe's scan range on the solar system map. It was visible before Odyssey.
Other function about probes work completely. Just it is invisible.

may have already been posted but cant be assed readin 20 pages...

The probe scanner window distance to sig is bugged.

Map view and scanner overlay is showing a sig at 50au. The probe scanner window is show the same sig at 7.89 au.

I assume the probe scanner window is not updating the distance from the first time it does the calculation. (my ship has moved location within the system since then)

I've not been able to log in since the patch went live, Launcher does not download patch - stuck on verifying client 0.0%. If i log in through the Bin file - i download the launcher again and the get stuck on verifying client 0.0%. If i use the repair tool either through the launcher or bin file I get the same error both ways "error: unpack requires a string argument of length 4"

I have even tried to d/load the the eve client again but i get "Archive extraction failed: 3" - when i download the installer manually i get the same error.

I dont know what else to try to get eve working again ... HELP PLEASE!!!

I have also attempted every stage above with Kaspersky pure 2 turned off - just in case!

-After I jumped a gate, the distorted Space stays. I had to restart the client to fix it.

-The Warning sounds for the Shield, Armor, Structure, and Capacitor are very low. I can barely hear them in middle of battle. Not sure if others have that issue.

Getting a black screen on undock randomly. can see overview and redock no problem. After docking a few times the problem resolves itself. Then shows back up

Some ships i can fly have incomplete skills i can fly the ship but missing some skills that should be filled up. Such as gallente hac Energry grid upgrades is not fully filled in and i could fly hacs before. It shows green i can fly.Is this intented? same thing on destroyers for never really trained that one But i can still fly my battleship but destroyers is at level 2.

I've encountred a hacking site, that has spawned 0 hacking containers, so they can't be despawned.

2 Accounts and no api keys work. Evemon has been reinstalled / cache & settings cleared , for both evemon and eve and yet cannot get either account api's to work.

I even made new api keys.

While there are far more major and pressing bugs (the several game-breaking WH ones, gatefire, etc), I'm going to be selfish and repost these two smaller bugs, since they are fairly annoying to me.

1. The volume of the Damage Alerts has been /significantly/ reduced and I can find no way to undo this.
2. I can confirm Yonis's report of unnecessary and distracting "bleep-bloops" upon taking armor damage.

Oh look, the same problem with the updater still exists...

Workaround of direct-launching the exe.exe file is no longer valid due to the perpetual "incompatible version".

I have a feeling it has to do with the fact that I don't have eve installed in the C: drive and because CCP does not give the option to redirect, the launcher updates nothing and thus bugs out and crashes.

Previously running the repair tool, now 10 times, we'll see if it actually goes through this time...prob not.

CCP, how can the repair tool know where my eve folder is located but a damn patch can't seem to find it? Will this ever be fixed or will I just have to spend a few hours spamming the repair tool until it magically corrects whatever the **** is wrong and then I can use the direct launcher instead of that updater crap.

So far I'm loving the changes! Great work CCP!

I have come across one issue that I'm not sure is intended or a bug. The problem is, when I create a custom filter for scanning (I.e., data / relic) then the filter doesn't work until the range gets down to 2 AU. In other words, I can create a filter for data & relic sites but it will still show all results UNTIL I get the scan down to 2 AU. After that the scan will report NO results if the site is not a data / relic site. The same applies to any other filter that I create.

If this is working as intended I understand the logic to some extent (although for me it makes the filters pointless because by the time I get down to 2 AU I can identify anyway; I thought the whole purpose of a filter was to keep me from having to scan down things I wasn't interested in. It's actually easier for me to scan with NO filters on due to this bug/feature). Even if it is intended, it's confusing because there's easy way to tell whether I've narrowed down the scan improperly or the site is of a type that doesn't match my filter. The only way to know is to change the filter to "Show all" and see if the item I was scanning now shows up.

Again, this means that it's easier for me to scan with no filters at all.

It seems to me that a better way to do it would be to display a message saying that you've discovered the site does not match your filter, or something to that effect.

I had issues with the update and was forced to reinstall now im getting an extraction error. Archive Extraction Error: 1003. Is what im getting. Please help wanna play. I mean seriously im paying for this game and czant even play after 2 days now this is B.S.

This is working exactly like it used to.
Untill you ID the sig, it won't get filtered.
