Building X-Large Ship Maintenance Arrays

Maybe I've been asleep, but to the best of my knowledge the Capital Ship Maintenance Arrays are not currently able to be produced at a POS.

Will this be changed, post-pach??

Currently, these things are 40k m3 - meaning only Orca, JF or Freighter haulable.

40k should be haul-able by a t2 rigged iteron 5 or any deep space transport

none of the descriptions in the eve item database describe making pos parts at a pos... no idea if you even can make any pos parts out of a station or outpost.

Only an Iteron Mk V can haul 40k. None of the deep space transports can get it even with tech 2 rigs. They are significantly smaller than Iteron Mk V.
