Issues, Workarounds & Localization

There's no Graphical Glitch only that I have been in my pod for a few days and ccp gets giving me velators, even though I never lost a ship. This might be junking up the universe if all players that volunteringly get into their pod they don't automatically get a rooky ship for no reason. For example "We from the friendly insurance company Pend Insurance regret the recent loss of your spacecraft. According to the agreement between Pend Insurance and SCC, we hereby grant you a brand new Velator, fully fitted. Also included is a gratuity gift of Tritanium." (never lost my ship)
