So I'd like to introduce you my latest creation - Northern Coalition. Web site.
I worked on it as a designer. Development was done by other alliance members (Miranoff and Narcil).

I also designed KB/Forum skin for Cascade Imminent, but I don't have screenshots saved and alliance page is gone after their disband.
