TL;DR: Turn back now, it's uncollaterized.

1.2b ISK in slots of 100m ISK.
Interested paid out every Tuesday starting on the next Tuesday after tomorrow.

I'm sure you must be interested in what exactly I will be doing with 1.2b ISK and I can guarantee you that Project Atheros is classified, secret and you will never know the truth.
