EVE Client installer broken?

Trying to install eve and im getting this message:

The chosen path is invalid, please choose another location. EVE Online can not be installed to a non-empty directory

tryed to change directory and it gives me an error message that says: Archive Extraction failed: 3.

anyone know how to fix this problem?

Please continue any discussion regarding the Launcher in that thread. And if the problem persists, please file a bug report.
