Mention that the Server was down for ~1 h. and there was a "soft" rollback (Location, Fitting, Production...) Please explain why CCP. Fly Save Schinobe

I logged on to Eve successfully a few days ago and nothing has changed on my system, the only changes have been to Eve. OK if I go to the bin file, I still get the protocol error. I'm not an IT specialist! I just want to play online games.
