Unlocking BPOs in corp hanger

I seem to be having a bit of trouble, and just wanted to make sure I'm not doing something wrong before I submit a petition. I'm in a 3 man corp (all my alts) which I used for highsec research POS. When I first set up the corp, I put my BPOs in the corp hanger, and voted to lock them down. Now I'm closing shop, and trying to liquidate some assets. I'm trying to unlock the BPOs which I voted to lock down, but they don't seem to unlock. I propose the vote, place my vote, wait for downtime, and the BPOs are still locked down. I can see in the "Closed Votes" tab that 100% of the votes were to unlock the BPO, but it's still locked.

What's going on here? Am I doing something wrong, or do I need to submit a ticket? Thanks in advance for your help.

Once the votes are cast and a downtime has elapsed, switch to the "Sanctionable Actions" tab, then right-click and sanction each unlock vote. Be warned: this can br a tedious process.

I am having similar issues too.

I have voted 'yes' to the unlock vote, and it is finally registering as '100% yes to unlock', but I can't seem to sanction the action.

Oh, never mind... You need to do it on the 'Not in Effect' tab :)
