Whats that thing the devs have said more times than there are stars in the universe? Something about "if you can fly it now you'll still be able to fly it after the change"? Bah but what do they know? They just program the game.

No refund on skill changes ever. Train JDC and deal with it.

Apparently all of it.

What is even more sad is a Nyx pilot that can't understand it. I get the destroyer pilots, and can give the battlecruiser pilots a pass.

Never before have so many idiots been so utterly confused by a statement that is so unambiguous.

There's a new thread like this every other day.

You'll still be able to get in your Nyx, you're not getting a refund, and your Nyx should be forcibly self-destructed for even asking.

Yes i understand what has been said BUT how because i wont have the skill requirements....

i understand if there was a new prerequisite skill that this wouldn't be required as you have the skill above it in the chain....with supers this doesn't work as the fuel conservation skill was never previously a requirement...and it is not a prerequisite

and to the idiots who are saying 'Train the skill' i already am as unlike you i am not completely ********....BUT this doesnt change the question which is how???

Have you tried this out on sisi and made sure you can't get back in the ship? Also, I generally drag the skill onto the right in the skill queue. Dunno about you.

The prerequisites for flying the ships are not changing.

The prerequisites for injecting the skills are.

Actually read the goddamn dev blog like everybody else did.

Maybe you shouldn't worry your pretty little head about the details, and just focus on the statement, "IF YOU CAN FLY IT NOW, YOU CAN FLY IT AFTER."

It doesn't really matter "how" (though "how" was pretty meticulously laid out in the dev blogs about this, not to mention the numerous other threads).

I understand if you can fly it now you can fly it after. My question would be what if the person didnt have SP covered and they lost the ability after being podded?

Stupid will always be stupid... Regardless I shall engage in a noble, yet probably pointless, attempt to cure what ails you.

Due to the way nested skill requirements work, you only need to have the skills directly required to fly the ship trained (in this case Capital Ships and Gallente Carrier). Whether or not any nested requirements change will not affect your ability to fly any ships, nor will it affect your ability to train any skills you already have injected. The only problem you might have is if you decide to train up, say, Amarr Carriers - in that case you will have to train all the nested requirements.

Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

Sometimes when I post, I look at my sig and wish that I'd follow my own god damned advice.

Read it. One third of the way down your concerns are addressed with an example...just before you see a picture of a noobship.

Read it again....understand...

Doesn't matter. You can't lose an injected skill for being podded. Retrain and rock on.

By dragging skills from the left side of the skill queue window to the right side.
