Eve Launcher - how to store 8 account details

Hello, i'd like my eve launcher to store 8 account names, but it only takes 7.

Anyone know how i can alter this?

Is there no scroll bar? I was under the impression we now allow storing 15 or so. :-)

Well 15 is better than 7, but why is there a limitation at all? I know some EVE players have more than 15 accounts.

no there is no scroll bar. it stores 7 accounts and every time i log into the one account which isn't stored, it deletes one of the previously saved accounts.

any thoughts on that problem?

Yeah, that is annoying. Looks like we horrendously underestimated how many accounts some people actually have. :-) I'll check up with the people responsible for this tomorrow. :-)

That was a very bad estimate.

Maybe you should take trip to any of the more populated ice belts and then re-estimate the amount of accounts some people have ;)

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.

Right, so I asked my fellow coworkers that worked on the login screen.

Technically there is no restriction on the number of usernames that is being stored. However, there was an issue where the list of recent usernames was cut-off once it exceeded 6 entries. This was addressed by forcing scrollbars for longer lists, so you should be able to see these now. If you do not see scroll bars then it might be that your launcher has some older version of the website cached. In that case you should try clearing the browser cache, e.g. delete the "BrowserCache" folder located in "[eve installation path]\launcher\cache". If the problem persists, please file a bug report including the log files you can find in the "[eve installation path]\launcher\cache" folder.

This is strange and should not happen. Are you running multiple launcher instances in parallel? Do you have the option to "Close the EVE launcher after starting EVE Online" set?

@ ccp aporia... just think about all those poor bastards that use is boxer... some have like 20 accounts running at the same time...

And problem solved. Thank you. I just deleted that folder & we're all good.

Also for the guy whose launcher only stores one account, make sure you UNCHECK the "close eve launcher after starting eve" button in the launcher settings. The launcher doesnt store accounts if this is checked.

after yesterday it slowly started to rememebr other accounts. First my second account - and a day later (today) my third one.
