Ok,i changed broswer and i downloaded it.Now what do i do? (i am sorry i am a little bit outdated)

just run that file....

I tried the "run exefile" trick from the last launcher problem solve thread, the launcher window went just nuts (see the screenshot below).
Anyways manually downloading the update did the trick so everything ok.
