WTB - Female Frigate/Cruiser Specialist - 20B Budget

As the title says I'm looking for a character with strong training in these two hull sizes. The character must be female too with a decent name and corp history.

Minimum Requirements:

Minmatar/Amarr/Caldari/Gallente Frigate - V
Minmatar/Amarr/Caldari/Gallente Cruiser - V
Small Projectile/Hybrid/Energy Turret - T2
Medium Projectile/Hybrid/Energy Turret - T2
Gunnery Support Skills - V
Good Core skills
Good Drone skills
