Thanks for the comments. Will definitely keep these things in mind for the next one.

Can you tell me why there are moons on your escape overview tab? Is this tab used only to save egg?
Yeah its mostly for pod escape, though I use it for some other things as well.

But it seems you have watched them all, and your loyalty is therefore appreciated. Kind of reminds me of this :-)

You keep releasing these and keep making me feel bad about not playing/making videos myself! Also had to watch it twice to keep up with all that crazy showing multiple fights at once nonsense so you made me feel all old! On the other hand it was very entertaining, got me excited about trying to get some fights, had good music, and made me feel better about constantly dying without anything to show for how much I almost killed everyone and won...

Hated it, loved it! Keep dying, keep improving, keep making more for us! Big smile

Good vid as always, some great fights in there. I have to say I found the split screen detracted from the video though.

It's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine.

Agreed. Still it's nice to see unlinked PVP. It's alot more exciting and the fights can and do go everywhere.

Nothing quite as boring as Slepnirs soloing 4 ships and only cycling the 3500 dps tank twice per fight.

EVE online is the fishermans friend of MMO's. If it's too hard you are too weak.

Can i ask what the average DPS is of the ships you use? Just curious to the amount that goes on in fights like these.

There's a noticeable lack of damage mods on Alpap's fits. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it does mean he's probably working with some pretty low dps.

Keep up the good work, Aldap. I enjoy your videos. I think the sub-screen works well for extended fights like the fight against the Sacrilege (when is that not going to take forever?). Maybe the screen could be smaller though, just so we know the fight is still going on but can focus on the main footage and be able to see more of it.

Thanks :-)

Yes its relatively low DPS and more tank oriented.

Without heat:
Thorax between 430-470
Rupture 370-400
Bellicose around 300

And then there are many other things as of course you already know... Tracking, Sig Radius, Speed, not to mention Sentry dmg, Rats effects (damps, points, and worst is Guristas jams that got me dead more than a few times hehe), Drugs, Implants, etc.

Like the Bellicose does poor damage but the Signature is only 120 and speed with AB goes up to 670 (without heat) compared to say a Vexor that Sig radius is 145 with speed 577, so you put 1 rep on the Bellicose and it can really surprise you with survivability compared to the Vexor against the same ship... Or the really cheap small 1-3% implants that can cost 1-5mil for tracking or dmg or speed, you can fill up your whole 6-10 slots for 20mil and it seems insignificant, but you have to consider the fact that I'd die without them in a fight where I end up in structure, and there were so many. Same for Standard or even Synth boosters. I'd pop a Synth Crash/Drop booster for any fight without thinking twice, When you combined all the small %s, its just worth it imo.

After all these fights I'm still not sure what are the best decisions for some fights, as so many factors are involved.
For example, from sheer number of different situations I've had and re-watching fraps, I got a good idea of when to actually use Hail or Void over Faction ammo (of which I literally had no real idea for ages) depending on if I'm fitting 220s/425s or Electrons/Ions, and if I got web if the opponent's got MWD or AB... And still sometimes find myself very puzzled with the resulted quality of hits (picking Rage/Fury over Faction missiles is easier). Eve is so deep. But it took me a long time to stop regretting my ammo choices, it goes much more instinctively now. I love Eve for this kind of diversity. Just roaming a missile fits and having all those different ammo types in my cargo makes me happy :-)

I could really go on and on about these small examples that can be explained from various points of view, the depth of Eve game mechanics is so cool. Like when I realized from experience, how effective the Tracking Disruptor was vs BCs, when flying T1 cruisers, getting Turret Destabilization skill to lvl4 took priority over any Comabt skill. I could fit many mods in that extra med slot, could fit a Tracking Computer to compensate for the lack of TEs, could fit an ECCM... or any number of mods of course, but I usually go for the TD, because in the fight situations I get into, it proved itself as equaling pure tank. It also saved me from situations where I was being kited by Vaga/Cynabal on a gate, unable to get in scram range of them, and I switched to Optimal Range Disruption Script, and could suddenly tank their DPS well, while they got slowly worked by Sentries, and they ended up having to leave before I got to structure just due to that TD. Eve is so packed full of these small choices :-)

Made a very short 5min video yesterday with 2 Bellicose fights and 1 Celestis fight that I really enjoyed:
Youtube and Evefiles
There you can see quite clearly in the second fight, where a gank fitted Deimos with 2 Tracking Enhancers and 2 Gyros, still did relatively minor dps to my Bellicose, where it would probably do all crazy hits on a slightly higher sig hull.

Totally wandered off topic here :-) But I have to say that I owe a lot of progress and evolution to Solo roaming, got me into so many things that I never had to touch in fleets, at least nowhere near as deep. Solo builds excellent foundations.
