Cant log on singularity

I renewed my subscription last month and now i am trying to get on Singularity but it says
"Account EVE-SSO-CONNECTION has been disabled Last Login: 2012.11.10 12:50 Number of Visits: 1129 reason: Account subscription expired"
I know that the test server runs a month or two behind but i would like to get on it now, can this be fixed rather soon? if so, thank you vary much.
