So its been a while since ive played, and ive noticed a lot of differences, namely TEST and goons shooting at each other (from what ive heard)

What happened? I remember the war in Delve last summer when TEST and goons were allied...can someone explain why they split?

it's because they couldn't agree on what colour curtains they wanted.

They had a minor political struggle that ended in Test leaving the CFC and helping to form the Honey Badger Coalition with a bunch of other alliances to the south.

Recently however, the HBC imploded and now it's essentially a case of everyone shooting everyone. (TEST reset just about everybody of importance, the people living in the ACTUAL south formed the Dinner Squadron and PL reset everyone as well.)

Settle around, kiddies.

This is the story of Mr. Mittens and Mr. Monty. Mr. Mittens had a big-ass alliance, and dominated null sec politics. Mr. Monty saw this and decided he wanted to do this too. Mr. Monty went up to Mr. Mittens and the two became best friends. They went around, spewing awfulness and pony gifs, and became very, very big.

Eventually Mr. Monty decided he wanted to earn his big-boy pants, and went to form his own coalition, based around his TEST Alliance. At first all was well and good, and Mr. Monty and Mr. Mittens had fun together.

Then Mr. Monty became jealous of Mr. Mittens and got a Honey Badger. And formed a Honey Badger Club for people like him, to match up to Mr. Mittens' CFC. Mr. Mittens and the HBC took a section of space, and everything was A-Okay.

Then Mr. Monty got bored. And looked back at Mr. Mittens. The (arguably) biggest man in the meta-game. And decided that he wanted that spot. So Mr. Monty tried to get everybody to take their toys and throw them at Mr. Mittens. But his Honey Badger Club members didn't want Mr. Mittens to break their toys, and Mr. Mittens quietly called Mr. Monty a doo-doo-brain.

Mr. Monty failed, so he threw a tantrum and ran away. Leaving TEST/HBC under control of a DRAGON. But apparently a month or so later the Dragon and the Honey Badgers had a fight, because the TESTies left the Honey Badgers in a huff.

But Honey Badger don't care. Honey Badger don't give a ****.

The rest of us, in Wspace and K-space just sit out here with our popcorn, laughing at Mr. Monty and the Dragon, while we wonder what Mr. Mittens is going to do next.

The end.

I see. I remember someone posted a coalition map of null a few days ago and i was intrigued by how much the blue donut had disintegrated.

Also. What are R64 moons? Sounds like something to do with tech moons and greed, which would explain the split.

R 64 moons produce Dysprosium, Neodymium, Promethium, Thulium which are expensive metals and can provide a pretty nice revenue stream. Fountain & Delve stand to gain a good portion of them after the expansion resourse distrbution hence the main reason for the fights in that area. Or you can buy the " its about good fights" propaganda take your pick.
