Impossible to find solution "CCP ExeFile has stopped working!"

I have searched and read forum postings and Google searches until my eyes cross. The problem of CCP ExeFile has stopped working is not a new problem but the answer to the problem is very very hard to fine. The petition submitted days ago remains unanswered. The best answer so far seems to be that CCP drops your after five "packets" are lost between the client and the server to prevent client/server sync problems? Others say disable mumble voice, run as administrator, and a host of other home remedies. The bottom line is without a dependable predictable connection you cannot play EvE. Who knows what the real answer is?
