Hello. I have a mac. I have a problem i find weird. I have been playing this game for a while...
Since the last build (update) for the new launcher i have been having some problems.

*Story*
I started the computer and started EVE.
Now i see my launcher and i push "PLAY"
I get on to the log-on screen and it says i have a new build or something to download for the launcher.
I download it and it says something like "it has been done, and EVE is re-starting now to install it"
It does not start EVE again and start the process.
I tried this for an hour and then i was like: "Eh."

After my strugglin' i decided to use the "eve repair tool" and it worked, it fixed the problem and i can now play the game, but i never see the launcher. Basically i dont have one, because EVE just starts at the log-on screen.
*END*

Maybe it is not so bad, but i can't run EVE in two instances now for my alt and main at the same time.
Because of the launcher thing, så everytime i rightclick on the EVE icon i try to open it i just go to the EVE instance im already running, even from the home folder.

A few things:

If you ever get that message "A new build is available, do you want to download it?" Do not do it. The launcher is supposed to do it.

The repair tool should have fixed it all. Try again.

If that does not do it, use the Mac clonemaker http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Multiple_clients#Using_the_EVE_Clonemaker

Now with a clone you can multi-box.

Thank you, i hope it solves the problem.
I got the clonemaker anyways.
